Neily Soto

A first-generation Dominican-American, Neily Soto is an award-winning REALTOR®, bestselling author, and housing advocate with more than 23 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is the founder of Soto Real Estate, Inc. a real estate consulting firm focused on expanding homeownership and advancing economic mobility in underserved communities.

A recognized voice in housing and economic development, Neily has built her career at the intersection of real estate, policy, and community impact. She played a key role in developing the Down Payment Assistance Program in the City of Lawrence and has worked extensively with first-time homebuyers and small business owners navigating complex real estate and financing systems. During the Great Recession, she helped more than 400 families avoid foreclosure through loan modifications and short sales experience that continues to inform her work in housing stability and wealth-building strategies today.

Neily is a member of LEADS ECHO 8, where she collaborates with a diverse cohort of leaders committed to driving impact across sectors.

She is the bestselling author of Breaking the Glass Ceiling, an anthology highlighting the journeys of 21 Latinas who overcame adversity to succeed in business, leadership, and life.
